Prof Ndubuisi Ekekwe (MBA, PhD) Founder & Non-Executive Chairman Dr Ekekwe holds two doctoral and four master's degrees including a PhD in electrical & computer engineering from the Johns Hopkins University, USA and MBA from University of Calabar, Nigeria. He obtained BEng from Federal University of Technology, Owerri (08/1998) where he graduated as his class best student. He founded our company during his PhD in Johns Hopkins Uni. A US semiconductor industry veteran, his working experiences include Diamond Bank and NNPC. He blogs, regularly, at Harvard Business Review, and previously served in the United States National Science Foundation Engineering Research Center E&D Committee for four years. Prof Ekekwe is a non-executive member of the Board of Directors, Temple & AegeanDas, a Lagos investment banking firm. An inventor, author, he is an Adjunct Professor of Electrical & Computer Engineering, Babcock University, Nigeria. He is the recipient of IGI Global 2010 "Book of the Year" Award.
Brian Chesney (BSEE, MSE) Non-Executive Director American-born Mr. Chesney holds BSEE from Rice University USA and MSE from University of Tennessee-Knoxville USA with working experiences from Alcatel, United States Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and Analog Devices. He has more than ten years of experiences in design and development that cover semiconductors, microelectronics, signal processing, renewable energy, smart grid, electric vehicles, and robotics. Mr. Chesney has designed VLSI circuitry for a wide-range of applications from automotive safety to gaming to cellular and telecommunications. He also has extensive experience with MEMS-based inertial sensors. He is well networked in top universities like MIT and Boston University and enjoys engaging with people over semiconductor design, whether it is with customers defining product developments or helping students in the lab.
Prof Christophe Bobda (Msc, PhD) Non-Executive Director Prof. Bobda was holder of the chair for Computer Engineering at the University of Potsdam, Germany. He received the Licence in mathematics from the university of Yaounde, Cameroon, in 1992, the diploma of computer science and the Ph.D. degree (with honors) in computer science from the university of Paderborn in Germany in 1999 and 2003 respectively. In June 2003 he joined the department of computer science at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg in Germany as post doc. Dr. Bobda received the best dissertation award 2003 from the university of Paderborn for his work on synthesis of reconfigurable systems using temporal partitioning and temporal placement. In 2005 Dr. Bobda was appointed assistant professor at the University of Kaiserslautern. There he set the working group Self-Organizing Embedded Systems that he led untill October 2007. Dr. Bobda is the author of one of first the most comprehensive book in the rapid growing field of Reconfigurable Computing. He is presently an Associate Professor in University of Arkansas, USA.
Yves Ekoué Amaïzo (MBA, PhD) Non-Executive Director Dr Amaïzo is Austria-based, Togolese-born expert in economics and business management. He holds Master’s degrees in Public Management, and Banking & Finance, before completing a PhD in Law, economics and Information Management (Lyon, France). He also successfully completed an MBA in General Business Management (Wales, United Kingdom). He worked for 20 years with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization. He is currently working as a Consultant on International Business Management and provides advisory services on Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies. He has published several books and articles. Dr. Amaïzo is a leading consultant to African Union and other international organizations.
Thong Do (MSE, PhD) Dr. Do is Vietnamese-born, a world-class multimedia expert and also an entrepreneur. He earned Master's degree and PhD in electrical & computer engineering from the Johns Hopkins University, USA. His experiences cover various aspects of multimedia technologies and products, including designing, marketing and business development. He has presented papers in top conferences and has authored major key papers in leading journals. He serves as a key member of South East Asia PhD network. An image and video research expert with US Army Research Lab, he was as a managing partner at Vietnam Technology Consulting, LLC in Maryland, which he co-founded. He provides many insights in shaping our Asian business strategy.
Ahmad A. Sadiq (BEng) Non-Executive Director Sokoto state born Ahmad Sadiq is an expert in satellite communications and embedded systems engineering. He is the founder of Microscale Embedded Nig Ltd - one of Nigeria’s foremost embedded systems firms. He has worked in Splashers Technologies, and Markgrey Technologies, and currently works for Nigeria Communications Satellite Ltd (NigComSat). A graduate of Federal University of Technology, Minna, he has attended many foreign training, including one in CAST Shenzguo Institute, China. He brings his knowledge of local market to our team. |
